Make suet crust (8oz flour, 4 oz veggie suet, salt, pepper & enough cold water to make a dough) & roll out to a rectangle about 1/2" thick.
Finely chop two onions, grate 1/2 lb cheese, add 2 cups breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup cream or milk & seasoning/herbs to taste - mix all this together & then spread on the suet crust.
Roll up like a swiss roll & bake at 180 ish for 1/2 hr ish Very Happy

Good alternative to meat in a roast dinner. Tastes nice cold as well Very Happy
