Hello
Hello, I am Judith and I am not sure if I have the right idea of how this forum works yet.
I live on the south coast with 2 daughters, no animals and a small garden which has produced very little this year, as it has been so dry.

Re: Hello
Hi Judith. You seem to have got the hang of it all right Welcome to HomeGrown.
Just jump right in - there are loads of categories to choose from, so there should be no shortage of topics for you to get your teeth into. You can start a new topic of your own or you can respond to anyone else as you wish.
Have fun! And if you like us, get your friends to sign up too - the more the merrier.

Looks like you've got the idea ok to me! Welcome aboard. The forum isnt very busy yet, but as more people join, more will notice us. Anyway, now you're here, we can discuss the relative merits of Facebook (or not) and how does your garden grow!

Re: Hello
I live on the south coast with husband and 2 daughters, I should say. I suppose I think of the 2 daughters as homegrown (!). Poor husband has been a single parent (with 2 teenage girls, poor man) for parts of this year while I have been away looking after my parents.

Re: Hello
I would agree that children are definitely homegrown. We even have a section on parenting in the Family Room.
Re: Hello
Hi again Judith.
I'd say well done to your husband. Does he have a favourite recipe. Perhaps he even cooks something special?
I have two specialiies: apple crumble and Sunday Roast with high-rise Yorkshire Puddings.
